MediaCreators, LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We host content on behalf of creators and respond to valid notices of claimed infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. §512.

2. Filing a Takedown Notice

To be valid under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3), your notice must include all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it (e.g., the specific URL).
4. Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Please note that under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

3. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed or disabled and you believe this was the result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3), which must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for the judicial district of your address (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which MediaCreators may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with 17 U.S.C. §512(i), MediaCreators will, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. This policy is described in Section 8 of our Terms of Service.
