Intelligence (Free and Pro base fee) is flat-fee — no revenue share. Private beta members pay 3%, locked for the life of the account. After public launch, the fee increases up to 5%. Business customers negotiate lower rates based on scale. Stripe standard processing fees are paid by you directly to Stripe — we never touch them. **Do I receive money directly?** Yes. Your members pay directly into your Stripe account. Money never passes through MediaCreators. Our revenue share is invoiced to you monthly based on your membership transactions. You always stay in full control of your payout schedule, currency, and bank account. **Can I start on Free and upgrade to Pro later?** Absolutely. Free is meant for that — see your numbers, understand your opportunity, and move to Pro when you're ready to build. Any Creator Business Score history, audience signals, and cohort benchmarks you accumulated on Free carry over to Pro. No data loss, no setup starting over. **What happens to my fee after public launch?** Your fee (3% revenue share, $49/mo subscription) is locked for the lifetime of your account. If you joined as a member in private beta, your rate will not change after public launch. New creators joining after public launch will pay the standard fee (up to 5% revenue share, $59/mo). This is a written commitment in our onboarding agreement. **I'm in Latin America. How does payment work?** Your Pro subscription is billed in USD via Stripe. Stripe is widely available in LATAM markets like Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Argentina, and Brazil — an international card is enough. Separately, your own members can pay in local currency and local payment methods on your streaming community — that's what we enable for you, so your audience pays the way they prefer. **Is there a free trial for Pro?** During private beta, we onboard exclusive members through a short call first — so we can tailor setup to your specific use case and confirm the private beta is the right fit.
